Grievance Statuses

Grievance Statuses

Follow where your grievance is holding with the 4 statuses.

 

New

When you are creating a status, before it is saved, the status is New.

 

Submitted

After the grievance is saved, it changes to the Submitted status.

 

Under Investigation

Once the Follow Up section is completed the status changes to Under Investigation.

 

Resolved

After the Resolved section is filled out, the grievance is now complete and will show the resolved status.
