Report Bundles

My Bundles is a feature that allows you to group together multiple reports so you can run them all at once and download them as a single PDF.

Why Use Bundles?

If you want to regularly compile a set of reports to be reviewed together, the process can be tedious and repetitive:
  1. Opening each report separately
  2. Selecting the facility(ies) and filters one report at a time
  3. Running and downloading each report
  4. Possibly merging the downloads into one PDF
With My Bundles, you can streamline all of this into one simple process.

How to Create a Bundle

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Click the "My Bundles" button at the top.
  3. Click "Add Bundle".
  4. Name the bundle.
  5. Add reports to the bundle.
  6. Set the report filters.
    Note: Some reports require you to choose a facility when adding them to a bundle.
    At run-time, you'll still be able to choose which facilities to run for.
  7. Click Save.
  8. A "Bundle" card will be added to the My Bundle home page.

Bundles created are only visible to you, not your entire organization.

How to Run a Bundle

  1. On the My Bundles page, click the "Run" button on the bundle you want to run.
  2. Choose how you want to run the bundle. Either:
    1. Choose the facility (or facilities) that each report should run for. If any reports in the bundle don’t support multiple facilities, you will only be allowed to choose one facility.
    2. Used the preset facility(ies) saved in the reports. These can be facilities you chose when you created the bundle or default facilities that are provided in the report filters. 
  3. Review your report list:
    1. You can uncheck any reports you don’t want to include in this run.
    2. Click into a report to view or adjust filters. These changes will apply to this run only. You can choose to save edits for all future runs by clicking the checkbox to save for future runs.
  4. Click Run Bundle.
  5. The system will validate your selections. If everything is set up correctly, the bundle will begin running.

Viewing and Downloading Results

  1. Once your bundle is running, you can expand the bundle card to see the run’s status.
  2. While the bundle run is running, the status will be "In Progress".
  3. When the run is complete, a link will be available to view the PDF.
  4. If the status says "Failed", first try again. If it continues to fail, check to see if any of the reports fail to run when you go out of bundles and run the reports on their own.
  5. Run history is saved for 7 days.

Edit or Delete a Bundle

  1. On the My Bundles page, click the three dots (⋯) on the right side of a bundle card.
  2. Choose Edit to update the bundle name, reports, or filters.
  3. Choose Delete to remove the bundle permanently.
