PointClickCare Integration Setup

  1. Log into PointClickCare.
  2. Go to Enterprise Management Console.
  3. Under the "Home" tab, click on "Manage Integrations". 

  4. Click on "Activation Request".

  5. Under "Applications" search for "Referral Tracker".
  6. Complete the form and "submit".

  7. Notify SNF Metrics once done and they will follow through with the approval process.
