Enter your username or work email address that is associated with your account.
If you don’t have an email address associated with your account you need to reach out to your Administrator, DON or IT Department to reset it for you.
Go to your email. You will receive an email that contains a link which will prompt you to enter your new password.

When entering your username be sure to add the prefix for your organization.
The best browser to use is Chrome. Edge is known to cause issues.
Do not copy/paste into the password field, as this may add a space into the field, causing a login error.
