High Severity Incidents

High Severity Incidents

High Severity Incident is a feature for those incidents that require immediate attention.

How to Label an Incident as High Severity

  1. Manually:
A user with permission can select the checkbox “Mark this incident as high severity” located in the general section of the incident.

Not all organizations have this manual checkbox feature.
    .
  2. Automatically:
The high severity threshold is met by the apps built-in point system, which calculates the information that was entered into the incident. If your organization requires changes to the points or the threshold, please contact support@snfmetrics.com.

High Severity Notification

An incident flagged as high severity sends a notification to users that are assigned to receive them. Assign this permission under Settings>Users>Apps>Risk Reporter.
