How to Receive Messages from Hospital Sources

How to Receive Messages from Hospital Sources

To communicate within Referral Tracker with a hospital that sent a referral, initial setup is required.

Allscripts

  1. Each facility must have a user account in Allscripts that is set to receive all alerts at all times (full 24 hour schedule).
  2. The accounts email address should be set to cp-[facilityName]@rts.snfmetrics.com.
  3. Please communicate this address to SNF Metrics Support so that we can properly associate it with the facility.
