What is Sign-Off?
In order for a Risk Reporter incident to get
Closed it needs to get signed off by a user in a role designated for signing off.
Every organization has different roles that are required to sign off. Please contact help@snfmetrics.com to find out what your organization has designated. |
When one signs off an incident, the user is stating that they approve of the reported incident and all the information it holds.
How to Sign Off?
- After an incident is "submitted", a section "Sign-off" will appear beneath the "Investigate" section.
- Any role that is designated to sign-off will be listed in this section. Under each role it will say whether or not they signed off.
Sign-off is assigned to role and NOT to specific users. To find out or change the roles that are required to sign-off, your Facility Administrator should please contact help@snfmetrics.com. This is NOT something an organization can do on their own.
|
- A user that has one of these roles selects the button "Sign Off and Mark Closed" that is located under their role.
- This will change the status of the incident to "Closed".
Once one person has signed off, the other roles listed don't need to sign off, unless multiple sign-offs are required by your organization.
