View your Risk Reporter Incident List
View all your incidents on the Risk Reporter incident list.
- On the Home page, select the Risk Reporter App , or click on the menu button on the top header 👇 and select Risk Reporter from the main menu.
- Filter by Facility, Date Range and Status.
When applying a date range filter, incidents created on the end date are not included. To include such incidents in the filtered list, you need to adjust the end date to the day after the incident was created.

- You can use the search bar and search by: Facility, Resident Name, Incident Number, Incident Type and the Resident's Medical Record Number.
- To show deleted incidents turn the Show Deleted toggle switch On and they will appear on the list of incidents.
The Show Deleted toggle only appears for users with the permission "Delete Report".

Card and List View
You can choose to display incidents as Cards or as a List by selecting the buttons on the top right corner of the home page.
Cards- Separated by their status.
List- Sort by each column by clicking in the column header
