Why is Manual Mode not available for my facility?

Because the facility already has a mapped billing facility, and auto-created residents from the billing system

Will manual residents automatically convert to billing residents?

No, each resident must be manually mapped.

What data changes to the billing data after mapping?

Name, DOB, SSN, Medicare number— these now come from billing.

Can I unmap a resident?

Yes, as long as Manual Mode is still on.

Do manual residents appear in AR reports?

Yes — but billing fields will be blank until mapped to the billing resident.
